Shipping Info: In most cases we use Royal Mail to ship to the UK and Worldwide. Shipping to South Africa or international bulk orders we use DPD. UK orders are sent using Royal Mail First Class 'Signed For' service. Orders for the EU usually arrive within 3-5 days. International orders usually take 7-10 days except South Africa which can take up to one month due to South African customs.
Return Policy: We accept returns for faulty or damaged goods. Please email shop@freerangerecords.co.uk within 3 days of receiving of your order with a picture of the packaging. We will refund you or resend your order. We are happy to swap T Shirts or Sweatshirts that are ordered in the wrong size for the correct one.
